REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 certifications from the following:
- Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant
- Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant
- Minimum 8 Years MSD CRM experience.
- Minimum 4 Years’ experience in working as a MSD CRM lead.
- Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience.
- The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience in implementing online (cloud)CRM solutions
- Good experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules
- Deep understanding of best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in Azure technologies like Azure Functions, Logic Apps development are advantageous.
- Experience in public sector is desirable.
- Experience in using the Scrum agile framework and use of tools such as Visual Studio Team Services or JIRA Agile.
Responsibilities:
- Assist across all phases of project (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test).
- Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
- Coordination and support of development tasks among development teams.
- Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process.
- Develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations.
- Conduct code review, walkthrough & testing of programs to ensure the quality of deliverables meet the requirements and adhere to defined processes.
- Support team in developing and implementing complex programs.
- Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner.
- Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective
- Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
