QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

- Desirable for certification in ICT areas (Project Management, ITIL, Cloud certification).
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Digital Collaboration, the Microsoft Office 365 specialist is responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise across the Microsoft 365 environment, specifically the Office 365 and associated technologies. The section provides end-user services, that you will be part of, including Office 365 and Azure Cloud services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of the Executive Level 1 may include:
- Creating written designs, implement, and assist in the technical operational and governance functions of some of the following services within an existing Microsoft 365 ecosystem:
- Microsoft Teams & Teams devices
- Microsoft Copilot
- Microsoft Purview (Information Protection & Data Loss Prevention)
- Information Barriers
- Supervisory management of junior staff and leadership of technical subject matter experts.
- Enabling governance, administration, monitoring and lifecycle model of Office 365 services. They will be providing guidance and developing patterns of Microsoft Office 365 integrations with Azure and third-party applications.
- Manage multiple technical projects of different sizes and complexity, ensuring delivery and reporting.
- Preparation and finalise ICT-related written documentation. This may include high quality design and implementation documents, cyber security and risk assessment documentation, and operational guidance.
