• Tailor Workplace Strategies: Partner with internal and external resources to grow Microsoft Workplace in SMC, including customers and our sales teams.
• Drive Microsoft Workplace Revenue growth supporting new and existing customers.
• Customer Calls: Provide pre-sales support to sales and customers on Microsoft Workplace solutions. Be the SME to address inquiries and demonstrate the value of Microsoft Workplace solutions.
• Scale Customer Engagements: Engage with local Softchoice sales teams as their Microsoft Workplace subject matter expert to sell jointly into customer accounts.
• Customer Immersion Experiences (CIEs): Deliver CIEs to showcase the practical applications and benefits of Microsoft solutions.
• Campaign Collaboration: Identify new market opportunities. Support the demand generation strategy and Workplace sales activations campaigns.
• Facilitate customer events to deliver Softchoice content, including webinars.
• Internal Training: Develop and deliver training for Softchoice sales teams on Microsoft Workplace solutions.
• Promote Professional Services and Managed Services to drive Workplace growth.Stay Informed: Ongoing personal development through certificates, training, and general curiosity to stay ahead of the curve. Active contribution to Workplace insights, best practices, and success stories.
