Microsoft Solution Architect – Dynamics 365

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Solution Architect, you will be a part of large-scale, complex D365 implementations. You will be responsible for working with DXC Technology customers and leading solution teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Dynamics 365 implementations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong Consulting experience in the Microsoft eco-system, in particular Dynamics 365
• Architecture experience across Microsoft suite including Infrastructure, Azure, Power Platform.
• Strong project leadership experience, including leading enterprise-level projects (ideally in a Consulting environment).
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that solve business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems.
• Good attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach.

• Leads analysis of customer business processes and provides optimal solutions.
• Leads functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle to provide specialist guidance to ensure both functional and technical capabilities of Dynamics 365 meet customer needs.
• Participates in sales pursuits by leading discovery, configuring software for demonstrations, building project plans, proposals, and leading customer presentations.
• Maintains expertise with D365 software, release schedules, underlying technical architecture.
• Builds client relationships and acts as a trusted advisor.
• Provides mentorship and coaching to other team members.
