Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Mid-Level Engineer for Embedded Systems/HW/RF (m/f/d) at EnOcean, you will spearhead the development of innovative wireless IoT solutions. Your main responsibility is to engineer self-powered devices by applying your robust knowledge of RF technology and electronics. You will work on designing efficient, low-power embedded systems that form the backbone of our energy-harvesting wireless sensors. Your role is crucial for ensuring our products deliver exceptional performance and reliability to meet the needs of our customers in the IoT space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the creation of hardware design specifications for self-powered, wireless IoT sensor devices.
  • Execute detailed electronics design, including circuit creation and PCB layouts, focusing on signal integrity and manufacturability.
  • Develop and refine advanced low-power electronics, employing best practices in power management.
  • Apply your RF expertise to enhance performance, emphasizing range improvement, reliability, and resistance to interference.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate hardware issues, leveraging various analytical tools and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware components flawlessly into overall product design.
