INFORMATION SECURITY
- Understand their role within the organisation from an information security perspective and commit to protecting the organisation’s security information assets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Full knowledge of Payroll and HR legislation
- At least 1 year experience in payroll consulting
- At least 1 year experience in human resources processes and consulting
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc
- Creative and innovative
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
- Strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
To successfully implement and support payroll and base HR modules for new and existing clients on PaySpace by analysing the client’s requirements, configuring the system, migrating the data and balancing the figures. The junior role is mostly focused on small to medium size companies with a headcount of less than 500. The junior role will also assist mid and senior consultants on larger projects where required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures customer excellence

- Lives the company’s values and service standards with regards to customer interaction.
- Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company’s quality requirements
- Takes personal accountability for service excellence.
- Adheres to the companies work standards.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Adhoc consulting work as and when required by the client
- Assist the implementations team in larger implementations as and when required
