We are seeking a Middle Salesforce Marketing Developer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fan engagement via e-mail marketing and push notification campaigns.
The main role involves developing audience segmentation and targeting in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to bolster campaign strategies. This individual will lead the ongoing enhancement of email marketing capabilities, covering targeting, personalization, and creative development. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders, designers, developers, and business teams under the guidance of department leadership will be key.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email marketing campaigns
  • Profound knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with audience segmentation, targeting, and journey campaigns
  • Prior experience with marketing platforms such as Hightouch for creating audiences to support cross-channel campaigns
  • Previous experience in mentoring and training others in email marketing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively in a remote environment

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in fan engagement e-mail marketing and push notification campaigns
  • Development of audience segmentation and targeting in SFMC to support campaign strategies
  • Contribution to the ongoing advancement of email marketing capabilities, including targeting, personalization, and creative development
  • Collaboration with the Solutions Architect to introduce new automated workflows and triggers within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Supervision of marketing intern related to email marketing tasks
  • Close collaboration with the Manager and Business Intelligence team to enhance reporting and develop new insights
  • Recommendation of new processes for divisions regarding e-mail requests, KPI communication, and strategy
