Description:
A practicing health care professional who is able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence based care with a passion for specialising in low risk labour care. The post holder will carry out a range of clinical skills in midwifery practice within the team, whilst working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to give individualised, holistic care to meet the needs of women and their families. The midwife will have decision-making autonomy within guidelines and professional codes of practice, and will participate in the leadership, education, development and supervision of the clinical team.
