As a Bank Led Migration - Data Readiness – Journey Expert, you will report to the Migration Data Readiness Product Owner (which is in the Data Portfolio and delivers to the Customer Migration Portfolio) and work closely with data analysts in Data Portfolio Retail Analytics – Initiatives – Migration squads. Our mission is to help customers achieve their goals by migrating them to products that better support the ways they save, use and manage their money, pay and get paid. We use design excellence to reimagine processes and iterate capabilities that will support customer migration.
Your role will require you to combine your experience spanning business analysis and functional decomposition of systems and processes as well as your data management skills in order to identify opportunities to advance business and customer outcomes in Migration. You will perform root-cause analysis and capture inputs that will enable business and technical decisions – including implementing preventative process changes / controls, aligning business definitions and approaches to addressing variations in process and data and inform and strengthen cohort and sequencing analysis.
You will help develop scalable, automated and innovative ways of ramping up any required treatments, together with the Migration workstreams.Your role will work with data professionals and business SMEs at ANZ to understand the needs they have to create and deliver solutions that uplift the data quality as part of a migration program and also drive implementation of required governance and data management activities to identified scope in the Customer Migration Portfolio.

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive business analysis experience (with understanding of data quality)
Able to frame data in context of business outcomes that benefit our Customer and Bankers and achieves required business objectives
Ability to challenge and reframe approaches to management and uplift of data, automating and orchestrating processes
Experience identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues ideal
Experience of data management or data governance
Comfortable building trusted and productive relationships across the organisation with a strong ability to influence and succeed through collaboration
Frontline and operational knowledge or experience with processes and systems advantageous, but not necessary
