Location: Sydney, NSW 2000
Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Admitted to practice as a Migration Agent/lawyer in Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate the intricacies of drafting and reviewing migration-related applications.
- Offer comprehensive legal services in Commercial Law, Family Law, Conveyancing/Property Law, and Immigration Law.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date legal advice to prospective clients.
- Efficiently manage client files, including the preparation of court documents and conducting legal research.
