Are you passionate about communication and learning? The content creator will be responsible for translating technical content into messaging that can be used to delivery communication across a range of roles. Our audience is not just the engineering community – but also the wider org. We will be delivering a far reaching and creative programme of work including: town halls, engagement weeks, workshops, pop up sessions, tech challenges, learning portals, and a very deeply orchestrated communication campaign which will include internal blogs, quiz days, knowledge portals and bots, a cartoon series, and more!
This role is designed to support a program which will be creating a greenfield cloud platform, and then migrating over 1000 applications onto it. While that may sounds simple, it will require us to mobilize an entire workforce to change their ways of working, approach to migrations, and view on the cloud and what it means for them. This will be happening under the backdrop of some transformational client facing capabilities also being built – which are completely dependent on these migrations happening successfully.
For this role, are looking for several people to help us develop and share content to this community. This role sits within our Enterprise engagement function, and alongside your peers you will be developing some interesting content to use within our communication and learning campaigns.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and managing project and programme dependencies
  • Managing sophisticated, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve multiple senior internal and external customers.
  • Leading the development of project artifacts, coordinated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are prioritised and detailed and that risk management processes are in
  • Partnering with project sponsors (including customers) to define project objectives, breakthroughs and success criteria and develops status reports to update senior partners on.
  • Leading on project progress, and gains commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required
  • Anticipate issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
  • Leading multiple workstreams and large project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case
  • Managing the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.
