Description:
SUMMARY
Our client is an employee and Service-Disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business focused on providing niche technical services. They are a team of experienced cybersecurity professionals with a track record of success in the Federal, Commercial, and Academic workspaces. Additionally, our client designs, builds, operates, and secures scalable cloud and IT infrastructures to meet their customers’ near-term needs and fulfill their long-term requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a military Data Subject Matter Expert or related role, with demonstrated experience with digital strategy, IT project management, enterprise architecture, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), or transformation
- High level of proficiency in Python, DataBricks, SQL, Spark, and other Data Engineering and Data Science tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Must be in the DC Metro area and available to work onsite (Pentagon, Crystal City, VA and Alexandria, VA) 2-3 days per week
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Qlik/Qlik Sense, QVD/QlikView, and Qlik Production Application Standards (QPAS) is a significant plus
- Recent DoD or IC-related experience
- Previous experience with Advana is a plus

Military Data Analysts conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support a wide variety of military activities, including acquisition, combat operations, system development, logistics, and force design. They use scientific and mathematical methods to collect, record, store, and analyze data. Data analysts may utilize artificial intelligence methods and/or apply algorithms to solve complex problems, conduct risk analyses, and run combat simulations.
