As part of this team, you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.

  • Operating the best networks and systems through the technical expertise of the team and effective outage prevention/resolution.
  • Producing technical documentation for automation and deployment processes.
  • Implementing health checks to monitor Network health, reduce outage probability, and risk.
  • Engaging vendors, other platform owners and various support teams to resolve issues.

  • Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years or relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain FAA Public Trust Suitability Background Investigation
