Overview of the Job
We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Mindshare Regional team.
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for data-driven analytics solutions and working with respective account teams to drive performance in delivering marketing and campaign objectives.
This person will be focused on developing and delivering reporting, insights and analytics solutions across a key global account that we have won recently. The manager will also play a supportive role to the client lead across advanced analytics projects, whilst providing training & development for executive level team members.
They should have excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, stakeholder management experience and an eye for process iteration with a focus on delivering high levels of service for client success.
In addition, as a member of the regional team based in Singapore, you will be guiding market teams, through the delivery of training & enablement plans, coordinating regional technology project rollouts, and being an escalation point for market support.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop and execute Regional Data Integration Frameworks that combine multiple sources of data to provide a holistic understanding & reporting of what levers can to be used to drive marketing & digital execution.
  • Work closely with Activation & AdOps teams on naming conventions, data organization and creating processes for the team to harmonize multi-platform data for quick access & analysis.
  • Provide advanced analytics reports utilising respective tools (ad servers, web analytics platforms, clean rooms), to be used for optimisation purposes.
  • Deliver audience-based strategies (e.g. rules based segmentation) for media activation.
  • Create custom data-driven attribution models for digital campaigns.
  • Develop client advanced omni-channel measurement solutions such as cross-device, offline to online, cross channel etc
  • Design & setup A/B tests for implementation with the respective buying teams.
  • Contribute actional insights for post campaign analysis reports for clients.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverable schedules, communicate with stakeholders & raise issues with respective leads as required.
  • Provide training & support to executives in their responsibilities and developing new capabilities for their growth.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks relevant to the position.
  • Build a great working relationship with your team, market teams and client team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients, across the briefing, booking, set up, optimisation and reporting processes.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in in a relevant quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Analytics preferred)
  • 3-4 years of related work experience in the field of marketing analytics, reporting, data management and/or technology.
  • Demonstrated experience working a dynamic and agile team environment
  • Thorough understanding of online marketing (social, programmatic, search) & digital media metrics.
  • Proven ability to extract insights from data and present findings.
  • Advanced dashboard/visualisation capabilities (eg. Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI)
  • Strong SQL experience, having worked with at least one of the major DBMS (SQLServer, MySQL or Postgres
  • Exposure to Front-end web development (HTML, CSS) and/or web API development (PHP, Java, C#, Python, cURL)
  • Demonstrated capabilities working with media data within ad servers (CM360, Sizmek) DSP’s (DV360, TTD) and clean rooms (ADH preferred)
  • Accreditations/Experience utilising web (eg GA360, AA) & App analytics (eg Firebase, Appsflyer, Kochava) platforms
  • Highly organised, detail orientated, QA-focused with demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team but also have the initiative to problem solve independently
  • The following will be highly regarded:
  • Advanced analytical skills across multiple statistical tools & methods
  • Working knowledge cloud computing services for Analytics, preferably GCP (e.g. BigQuery, AutoML Tables)
  • Intermediate to advanced Python including Python packages for Data Analysis
  • Comfortable with direct client & partner engagement

Team Structure
You will operate in a matrix structure where you will work with strategy & implementation teams and lead conversations across consumer funnel, audience segmentation, rolling up data to deliver insights to the team to action the data leveraged insights you can draw out.
