Description:
Adecco is currently seeking a seasoned Mineral Land Data Analyst - Senior for a Long-term Contract role based in Calgary, AB. The successful candidate will support Contracts Analysts and Land Negotiators, manage Crown Land Sales, lead the land expiry process, and ensure data integrity within the CS land system.
- Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
- Shifts: Monday-Friday | 8-hour days
- Job type: Long term contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Crown Land Sales and manage land expiry processes.
- Provide mineral land support to Contracts Analysts and Land Negotiators.
- Record acquisitions and dispositions in the land system.
- Prepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain mineral lease records and respond to queries.
- Communicate with stakeholders and government agencies.
- Update mineral information and manage obligations within CS.
- Process NOAs and handle land invoices.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of oil and gas land administration experience.
- Graduate of a recognized Land program preferred.
- Proficient in CS land system and familiar with ETS/ISC, SPIN/IRIS.
- Strong knowledge of Crown regulations and Freehold administration.
- CAPLA membership preferred.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
