Our Mineral Estates management team brings together specialist chartered mineral surveyors and valuers, planners, geologists, and mining engineers to deliver property solutions for clients throughout the UK. The minerals estates team is renowned for the calibre of advice and support it provides to a wide range of clients, ranging from the largest landed estates and government bodies through to individual surface and mineral owners, and operators. Wardell Armstrong acts as mineral agent to the Crown Estate, the Crown Estate Scotland, Forestry England and the Isle of Man Government to name but a few. We are also the managing agent for Mines Royal throughout the UK.

ABOUT US

With 13 offices throughout the UK and employing 500 staff we have a great family friendly culture which offers flexibility to work full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time hours and hybrid home/office working.
