Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Minijob Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to connect refugees with meaningful employment opportunities and support businesses in their hiring needs.
Tasks
- Outbound and Inbound Sales: Engage in a mix of outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and expand our reach.
- Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Qualify and nurture leads through our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-up, and effective communication with potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage existing client relationships,
building rapport, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell or cross-selling
opportunities.
- Competitor Research: Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and refine sales strategies.
- Telephone Sales: Engage in telephone sales with both new and existing clients, presenting Uvvo’s value proposition, addressing their specific needs, and securing deals.
- Partner Network Support: Support in the expansion of our partner network, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our overall business growth.
Requirements
- Engaging Communicator: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively convey Uvvo’s value proposition to a diverse range of clients.
- Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate basic sales knowledge and experience, with a proven
ability to identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Fluency in German: Fluency in German is essential to communicate effectively with
our target audience of employers. A confident level of English is also highly desirable.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Exhibit a strong customer orientation, a passion for
making a positive impact, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Independent and Collaborative: Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
