    A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join our Adelaide office team as a Minor Works Supervisor/Estimator. This is a unique chance for candidates with Fire Sprinkler, Gaseous Suppression, Fire Detection installations experience or who come from an allied industry such as electrical, plumbing, construction or another fire related discipline. You will have the full support of dedicated, stable management team committed to providing you with the training needed to be successful together with the option of ongoing upskilling.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Participating in the end to end estimating process from initial client contact, preparing quotes, submitting tenders and closing out jobs.
  • Use of programs such as Aconex and Primavera to submit drawings and schedules for quoted works.
  • Reading and understanding project specifications and drawings.
  • Liaising with field based Technicians to ensure works are completed as per designs and specifications.
  • Working closely with your designated Manager for support and progress reporting.
  • Being familiar with the relevant Australian Standards and NCC requirements.

Skills required:

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Experience with estimating or supervising Fire Systems Installations (Wet or Dry) is preferred.
  • Strong computer and communication skills. Previous Pronto Experience will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with AutoCAD / Revit will also be looked upon favourably.
  • Must have a current valid Driver’s License
  • Good personal presentation and communication style.
