This job is within the Advanced Cores Group (ACG), part of the of the Automotive & Energy, Communications, and Aerospace
(ACA) Business Group, developing data converter subsystems for highly sophisticated mixed-signal system-on-chip (SoC) integrated circuit products using FinFET wafer technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and direct a highly innovative and productive team of mixed-signal design engineers.
  • Guide efficient development of high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits and subsystems.
  • Work with other ACG leaders to maintain strong engineering collaboration across multiple sites and multiple disciplines.
  • Work with other ACG leaders to establish and maintain effective development practices.
  • Work with other ADI leaders to align ACG technology development efforts with application requirements and business opportunities.
  • Design transistor-level mixed-signal circuits.

Qualifications

  • BS and MS Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 13+ years of mixed-signal integrated circuit development experience, including 6+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Solid understanding of data converter architectures and specifications.
  • Solid understanding of mixed-signal design fundamentals, design tools, and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of integrated circuit product development, including design, verification, evaluation, test, and qualification.
  • Successful experience leading commercial mixed-signal integrated circuit development efforts.
  • Strong management, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
