Mobile Technicians and Engineers (technicians) on CBRE’s The Home Depot (THD) Retail account are part of a regional team of eight to thirteen technicians, one Facilities Coordinator, a Lead, and an Operations Supervisor. Technicians are responsible for maintaining up to seven stores in a geographic region. The account services multiple trades and has over 110 problem codes for repairs ranging from HVAC, to garden center irrigation, to plumbing and compactors. Technicians perform work in all trades across all problem codes. Because no one ever comes to the account knowing how to repair everything in a THD store, technicians must bring a drive to complete work and willingness to learn new skills to be successful.
