Description:

Mobile Device Engineer - Supply Chain
The target location for this role is Land O’Lakes Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, however this position can be remote (virtual) and located anywhere in the USA

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (REQUIRED):

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or related work experience
  • Experience performing systems analysis and creating technical documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (PREFERRED):

  • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management concepts and technologies (SOTI MobiControl, Samsung Knox, MS Intune, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and best practices
  • Desire experience working within a Supply Chain Operations environment
    Salary range for this role will be $ 67,360 – $101,040

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and operations teams to enable mobile device deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis of support cases
  • Define functional/non-functional requirements to effectively build out mobile device solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Work with Product teams to develop knowledge and training documentation for mobile application use cases
  • Drive continuous improvement in device adoption by creating and monitoring usage/trend reporting
  • Spend 10% of your time onsite at Land O’Lakes facilities to assist in training, deployment, and support of delivered solutions
