Description:

SUMMARY:

The Mobile Human Resources and Payroll provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, and training, processes and resolves issues with the field regarding Dayforce, time keeping and missed punches, and Benefits and compiles statistics for various HR management reports. In this role they will conduct and respond to routine questions on HR policy. Additionally, reports to the Director of HR. This individual has attained proficiency with Excel, and Dayforce.

EDUCATIONAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess, as a minimum, a High School Degree and Associate degree or its equivalent a plus. Must have excellent customer skills. Proficient with Excel, and experience with Dayforce is a plus

EXPERIENCE:

Must have 2 plus years related experience in a Human Resource role. Long term care Skilled nursing experience a plus.
