Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The IS Mobile Support Engineer handles all mobile incidents. He is also responsible for implementing standard changes (MAC : Move, Add, Change).
The Mobile Support engineer will proactively monitor and manage the corporate mobile device management solution.
The Mobile Support engineer will also implement and manage small projects.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Experience with Mobile Devices (iOS and Android): enrollment, configuration, troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES TASKS NETWORK ENGINEER
Incident Management
Initally all calls/incidents are taken by the Service Desk, in case they are mobile device related, the calls/incidents are passed on to the Mobile Management team. The management and follow-up of incidents is done via the ServiceNow application. The IS Mobile Support engineer will manage the incident queue and document all incident activities in the application. The IS Mobile Support engineer will manage the incidents according to the defined priority and SLA timers. Management of the alerts generated by the mobile device management applications. In case that an alert has a business impact, incident is created and the incident management procedure is followed. Management of the shared mailbox of the Mobile Management team. The shared mailbox is used by End users to ask question but also for all operational communications with the different teams and suppliers.
