Mobile Team Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Team Lead with a strong background in engineering who will work with the team to help drive and support development, collaborating with team members across a variety of disciplines to oversee the successful delivery of our crypto trading. The ideal candidate will have both outstanding leadership and technical skills, as well as a strong interest in and understanding of cryptocurrencies and the crypto ecosystem.
In this role, reporting to the CTO, you will head up the development of our mobile application for trading cryptocurrencies and mentor the development team to ensure that business requirements are met with a high level of code quality, test coverage and extensible, testable architecture.
You will be engaging and collaborating with the key stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and relationship management skills to clearly translate the product vision, all business and technical requirements, and user needs into code.
This role will be dynamic and fast-paced and will require you to pivot on the fly, applying excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to balance conflicting priorities, redefine tactical plans and maintain the long-term vision.

Your key activities will include:

• Writing outstanding code to develop new features on the trading mobile App.
• Reviewing code in pull requests.
• Leading the development team to have clean, testable architecture.
• Working with designers to bring their designs to life
• Helping us take our user experiences to the next level with the design and architecture of cutting-edge products.
• Working closely with the business to bring product ideas to life, from inception to delivery, while managing the development process.
• Understanding complex technical requirements and guiding the development team in implementing them.
• Supporting developers along various product roadmaps to help maintain motivation and generate excitement about what they’re building to ensure critical deadlines are met.
