Fountain Tire is looking for a customer service orientated, safe and experienced associate to join our team as a Mobile Automotive Tire Technician in the Delta Region!

What kind of person are we looking for?
- You have at least 6 months working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services, and wheels with a keen attention to detail.
- A high customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers; this includes excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
- You possess effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer requirements and provide recommendations.
- Ability to stay flexible, patient and calm when interacting with customers under stressful conditions.
- Intermediate computer skills (previous knowledge of Shop Management Software an asset).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; this includes organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented to identify, record and communicate issues when performing duties.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactive behaviour in recognizing opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and to excel in a physically demanding environment consistently lifting 35 kilograms
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (Class 5) permitting the independent operation of a passenger car, van, light truck, or utility vehicle (2 axle maximum).
- Must provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract from the licensing province on an annual basis.
