We have an opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team, responsible for the onboarding of CPB Contractor’s Salary, Wages, and Sub-contractor personnel to a wide range of Construction Projects. Work in collaboration with a fun and motivated Resourcing team, to mobilise a high volume of resources to CPB’s major Projects.
As the Mobilisation Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for all personnel, such as booking medicals, coordinating onboarding paperwork, completing mobilisation system processes, booking relevant onboarding training, ensuring personnel are compliant, scheduling inductions, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
