Description:
Responsibilities:
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE A MINIMUM OF THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE;
- 2 years’ experience in a customer focus role
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
- Experience with FMG, Rio Tinto and BHP mobilisation process
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Valid Drivers License “C” Class
YOUR DAILY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING;
- Organise, attend and minute resourcing planning meetings with
- Create and maintain positive relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source candidate documents for both onboarding and mobilisation, whilst assisting the onboarding of new starters.
- Organise all Project mobilisation arrangements (i.e. documentation, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and plant hire, medicals, training, inductions, PPE, etc.) for both internal and Contractors.
- Updating database
- Communicate with both clients and third parties on resourcing requirements.
