Job Description
The Associate, People Operations is responsible for managing the recruitment process for new expatriates. To be successful in this position the Associate will have to have strong communication and time management skills in order to lease with both internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA agreements. You are required to liaise with the candidates, Immigration vendor, the respective authorities such as Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and the Immigration Dept, Embassies, Social Security Organization (SOCSO) under Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia.

Administration

• Perform the pre-requisite process such as requirement on MYFutureJobs or pre-approval from SOCSO
• Manage on the Employment Pass (EP) application of the successful candidate (end to end)
• Liaise and closely work with the immigration vendor, MDEC and Immigration Dept on the EP application
• Communicate with the candidate on the checklist and review the completeness of documents as per Immigration Malaysia requirement before initiating the application to immigration vendor
• Work closely with Immigration vendor on the movement of the application

POEA Requirements (ONLY for Filipino candidates)

• To initiate the POEA process with POEA vendor, Al-Manaf International.
• To monitor closely on the POEA completion prior to the candidate travel date
