As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
Working as part of the Global Mobility team, the Mobility Manager will offer an advanced experience across all facets of Mobility and provide highly specialized advice on International and Domestic Mobility related services. This position is responsible for the management of the Europe (EUR), Africa, Middle East (AIM), and Australia/Asia Global (AUA) Mobility team with support from the broader HR team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional Accounting Designation preferred
  • Previous experience with Engineering Services Industry is desirable, although not essential

Responsibilities:

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Manage and develop our regional teams of Mobility Specialists primarily in Australia, China, South Africa, and London
  • Work with global business leaders to provide advice regarding international and domestic relocation solutions and global workforce issues in line with business needs
  • Develop content and structure of all EUR, AIM, and AUA relocation conditions, mobility guidelines and assignment contracts
  • Liaise and develop relationships with internal Shared Services functions to ensure effective execution of all assignment matters relating to assignment conditions, payroll, tax, expenses.
  • Review mobility documentation in relation to technical and computational accuracy for assignees to above noted regions
  • Manage third party vendor services relating to immigration, household goods shipment, and destination services
