Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese outstanding company and worldwide the biggest developer, producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.
DENV is Daikin’s sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. The headquarter has Belgian offices in Brussels, Ghent and Ostend, as well as 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Daikin Europe, a leading provider of HVAC-R solutions, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mobility Officer to join our team in Ostend, Belgium. Due to our rapid growth, our car fleet has expanded significantly, currently accommodating between 500 and 550 vehicles. We have implemented numerous updates and changes to our fleet to support this growth. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive individual to efficiently manage the administration and coordination of our mobility services. This role is crucial to ensure the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our car park and mobility solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- You have an interest in or previous experience in mobility management or related administrative roles.
- You have an analytical mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with mobility management software is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Follow-Up and Administration:
- Coordinate with departments such as HR and General Affairs to ensure seamless execution of mobility policies.
- Coordinate the follow-up of drivers who have access to IQ, based on recruitments.
- Manage the orders, delivery, and discontinuation of run-in cars (rentals).
- Review and confirm leasing quotations and contracts with the leasing company.
- Ensure the smooth administrative flow from invitation to delivery of the car.
- Organize the operational meetings with the leasing company.
- Setting up communication and newsletters towards the drivers.
- Data Management:
- Prepare and analyse data for strategic follow-up.
- Control driver data and possibilities in line with payroll data.
- Support the transmission of data for payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to mobility services.
- Customer Support:
- Address inquiries from drivers regarding car-related matters, including car policy, leasing, and charging passes.
- Collaborate with car dealers and leasing companies to resolve issues and ensure optimal service delivery.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries received via the mobility mailbox.
