Description:

Adecco is currently seeking a highly motivated Mobility Programs Specialist - Remarketing to join our clients team for a 12-month Contract role in Ajax, ON. As a specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of remarketing mobility program packages, providing support to dealers and field teams, and maintaining the efficiency of mobility programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the dynamic automotive sector, focusing on remarketing mobility program setup, dealer services, and program maintenance.

  • Location: Ajax, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Validate terms, MSRP, and buyout prices for program packages.
  • Ensure timely receipt of program packages in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Audit program packages for completeness and compliance.
  • Process check requests for accurate dealer refunds.
  • Act as a liaison for our client to support and resolve remarketing mobility program inquiries.
  • Effectively follow up on past maturity service loaners.
  • Conduct title research for timely release.
  • Identify solutions to title transfer rejections and liaise with relevant parties.
  • Monitor state changes in service loaner vehicle titling and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Support IT projects related to remarketing mobility programs.
  • Assist other Teams with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in other duties and projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-4 years in automotive industry, preferably leasing.
  • 2-4 years of professional customer and/or dealer contact experience, specifically service loaner process management.
  • College diploma preferred; Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and a team player.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
