Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Site coordination, survey, preparation & prestart requirements.
  • Planning & controlling of site logistics & work execution.
  • Site safety and quality requirements.
  • Team handling.
  • Project cost control.
  • PR for Tools, Material and manpower.
  • On-time handing over of projects as per technical, contractual agreement and program.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
  • Candidate should be comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-year Elevator industry experience.
