    About the role

As a Modern Workplace Engineer at Perpetual Group, you will:

  • Implement and support Workplace and Collaboration services (Devices, EUC, Intune, Endpoint Manger, SCCM, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams, voice/video, AV/VC, etc.) aligned with Microsoft offerings and other select providers.
  • Support workplace and collaboration solutions and ensure escalations from the support desk are dealt with or escalated as required through ServiceNow.
  • Work with the Workplace and Collaboration Lead, others leads and managers to develop detailed design documents for new and existing services.
  • Deliver proof-of-concept prototypes that assess the feasibility of solutions and services.
  • Write and update documentation, standards and procedures for all critical Services and solutions, including Standards & Guidelines, Management Plans, System and Technical Configuration Documentation.
  • Implement technical solutions according to approved designs adhering to change control practices.

About you

  • Minimum of three years of experience in IT roles with a minimum two years’ experience in a similar role specifically working on Workplace and Collaboration technologies and solutions.
  • Experience in securing cloud-based solutions.
  • Good knowledge and understanding across Workplace and Collaboration technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions such as APRA, ASIC, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Privacy and GDPR is desirable.
