MODERN WORKPLACE PRACTICE LEAD

Dublin/Hybrid
My client is a global leader in the Consulting space, looking for a Modern Workplace Practice Lead to spearhead a portfolio of their keynote IT modernisation programmes, working with the Microsoft suite of digital workplace technologies.
You will work with our key clients to develop their modernisation journey while generating fresh business opportunities for the wider organisation. You will be responsible for practice delivery, client satisfaction and the technical leadership of a multi-disciplined, high-performance team.

MODERN WORKPLACE PRACTICE LEAD - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least 10 years’ experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrable experience operating in a client-facing capacity within a Professional Services/Consulting environment.
• Significant stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to a combination of the following industry sectors: Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Life Sciences.
• 4+ years’ experience in Digital Workplace technologies including the Microsoft suite, with relevant certification desirable.
• Business Development experience, leading bid proposals and managing sales targets.
• Experience owning the end-to-end mobilisation and delivery of large-scale strategic transformation programmes, ensuring that all solutions follow best practice regulations.
• Exposure to the AI landscape and associated challenges, with previous experience developing clients’ AI strategy.
