WHAT SKILLS DOES OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAVE?

  • Previous experience in providing technical support in an IT helpdesk or service desk environment, with a focus on modern workspace technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Windows operating systems, and productivity applications.
  • Strong proficiency managing and configuring Microsoft Intune management policies for device management and application deployment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Modern Workplace Support with Chamonix, you will be part of the MSP team providing technical support and expertise to ensure the optimal performance, security, and usability of our clients’ modern workplace environments. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver exceptional support services and drive successful adoption of modern workplace technologies.
