Job Description
Design and develop architectural solutions for modular buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop design concepts.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for modular building projects.
Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and identify potential challenges for modular construction projects.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure modular buildings meet design and performance standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the modular building process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on modular construction.
Experience working in the construction industry, preferably with modular building projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
