It will be Canada’s first large-scale lithium-ion battery production plant when it begins production at the Twin Oaks site in Windsor, Ontario. The manufacturing facility will have an annual targeted production capacity more than 49 gigawatt hours and will create an estimated 2,500 new jobs in Windsor and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with health/safety/environmental/fire regulations and 3R5S standards.
• Collects/Organizes the data of vision/inspection systems.
• Re-examination of the judged items by vision/inspection machines.
• Line change-over/verification, lead line change-overs, verify proper function and quality is met before releasing the line for full production.
• Work on continuous machine vision system improvement.
• Work on continuous process improvements to ensure the line is operating at its designed level at all times.
• Assist the engineer during tests or machine inspections to corrective action of production problems.
• Prepare and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with other teams.
• Good attention to details.
• Observes all safety rules and maintains an orderly workplace.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field.
• Experience with operators and technicians in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Production/Inspection related knowledge preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
