Description
We are seeking MOE / MOP Analyst / Planners at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Job Description:
The MOE / MOP Analyst / Planner plans, develops, manages, and supports the assessment of Multi INT Integration collection and analysis related boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups. Provides Multi INT collection and data analysis, planning and assessments for requirements that conform to established standards which then are publicized in the appropriate system of record. Provides assessment and recommendations for Multi INT Integration collection doctrine, polices, processes and procedures. Assesses effectiveness and performance of Integration collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination and training activities required to maximize operational Multi INT readiness and assists with the creation of products for presentation to senior Government officials as well as edits and coordinates the final drafting of documents and presentations as required

Duties:

  • Assists the assessment of the Army Multi INT -related data analysis products and data calls, including .developing measures of effectiveness (MOEs) and measures of performance (MOPs).
  • Provides recommendations for product development (e.g., MOEs and MOPs to the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Theater Campaign Order (TCO), Theater Army Campaign Plan (TACP), Operational Plans (OPLANs), and Orders and Protection Forums.
  • Supports assessment of exercise goals, objectives, and supporting products.
  • Support MOE and MOP development for theater exercises and engagements with Army, Joint, and PN forces.
  • Conducts the After-Action Reviews (AARs), summarizing the MOE and MOP, and documenting lessons learned of theater exercises.
  • Develops program or initiative-specific MOEs and MOPs as required
  • Documents the assessment strategies and plans as part of MOEs and MOPs.
  • Supports establishing reporting criteria and timelines to satisfy operational and USARPAC assessments requirements.
  • Supports and assists systematically conducting assessments of Multi INT research and readiness activities to enhance the Government’s awareness, preparedness, and decision-making capabilities through USARPAC in accordance with Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community Multi INT Policy

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and five (5)+ years’ of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
    SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
    Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site
