Description:
One of our manufacturing clients near Chatham-Kent, ON is looking for a Mold Maker for their facility.
Shift - 8 hour rotating shift
Responsibilities:
- Conducting preventive maintenance (PM) on every tool and die.
- Keeping precise records of all maintenance activities, including SAP - PM entries.
- Addressing the repair or replacement of tools/dies as required.
- Performing welding (laser welding) and manually finishing die steels.
- Spotting molds/mold parts and troubleshooting 3D steel dies/molds.
- Executing general maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Offering assistance to machine maintenance when required (interaction with machine/tooling).
- Aiding Machine Operators in autonomous maintenance. Ensuring compliance with
- Environmental Health and Safety policies and statutory regulations.
- 431A OR 430A license required.
