We are looking for a Mold Set Up Team Leader (Midnight Shift) – a skilled individual that will be responsible for the injection molding machines and the smooth operations of the shift.

WHAT WE NEED

• Secondary school education
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Problem solving and logic skills are essential to ensure that molding work orders and personnel are managed in a cost effective and efficient manner.

• Superior GDP is maintained.
• The correct programs are loaded for each product run.
• The mold room meets the production deadlines within cost estimates.
• The quality assurance is maintained within acceptable standards.
• Will be apart of the validation process when requested from the Sr. Process technician.
• All tooling is installed correctly and safely in the molding machines.
• Flexible with working different shifts to support the business needs.
• Able to constantly adapt to changes and strive for continuous improvement.
