    Additional Job Description
    IT Operations Analyst is responsible for providing first-line support to Monday.com internal clients and executive staff assisting them with hardware and software problems and making sure that the systems are working properly according to the company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding in regards to system access and troubleshooting hardware/software, collection/return of IT equipment
  • OKTA, JAMF, BigBrain,
  • Managing IT help desk for TELUS employees for the entire lifecycle of an IT ticket request
  • Overseeing inventory on a regular basis, managing incoming shipments and tracking of assigned assets as well as planning for future inventory needs
  • Regular reporting and audits of system access, attritions, common issues faced, and concerns
  • Collaborate with vendor on hardware repairs, replacements, or any other needs
  • Proper management of emergencies such as theft, incidents, or any security beach according to internal monday.com procedures
  • Conduct regular vulnerability and penetration simulations to ensure the security of monday.com’s network
  • Handling of emergency equipment with approval process through monday.com’s IT team
  • Stay up to date on company policies in relation to security and IT guidelines, among others.
  • Other duties as assigned
