Responsibilities:

  • Developing quarterly, monthly, and daily promotional plans aligned with our monetization strategy, leveraging product features and marketing tools to drive revenue growth.
  • Crafting custom, effective, and strategic plans to reach business targets, focusing on player retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Planning, creating, and implementing day-to-day events and promotions strategies, conducting A/B tests to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Data Analysts, Product Managers, Designers, Economists, and other stakeholders.
  • Constantly generating innovative ideas and optimizing game performance in a data-driven manner to achieve company KPIs.
  • Executing in-game events and promotions in collaboration with the creative team, operations team, economy team, business analysts, and product managers
