JOB DESCRIPTION

The high performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enable Client advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Bachelor degree is a minimum, preferably in a quantitative field
  • We are a fast moving business, so an ability and appetite to learn quickly, meet tight deadlines without sacrificing output quality, while demonstrating attention to detail and excellent work ethnic is a must
  • You’re a problem solver with a “can do” attitude. You have an eye for change and an ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and manage time effectively
  • As this role works in a global organization, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English is essential for success
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (i.e. Google Ads Manager, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) is a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (i.e. Google Ads Manager, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) is a plus
  • Any additional EMEA based languages would be a bonus, but not needed

Responsibilities:

  • Support EMEA business through best-in-class operations across revenue planning & sales enablement.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems e.g. Client setup, contract & incentives approval, revenue attribution, billing & invoicing, tagging & data cleaning etc.
  • Help the sales team understand how to navigate systems, handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting with speed & accuracy.
  • Design & evolve SOP for standard processes. Apply critical problem solving skills to identify improvement areas in current processes & systems and propose solutions.
  • Develop operational metrics and reporting to unlock insights and analyze operational success and pain points.
  • Work closely with the broader MSO team as well as cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product, finance, legal etc), own communication and stakeholder management
