Job Introduction As a Monitoring Officer with Sodexo, you will be the go-to contact for daily quality monitoring audits of cleaning standards including corrective action planning. Based at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust your attention to detail and teamwork will make a positive impact to cleaning standards and patient care. Sodexo Health and Care is looking to recruit a full-time Monitoring Officer to facilitate contractual compliance on our site. You will work closely the Service Managers in determining, investigating, and resolving quality issues and identifying why and implementing corrective actions. Audits and analysis and interpretation of information is critical to this role, so you need to demonstrate close attention to detail and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities What you’ll do:
- Undertake daily quality monitoring audits of cleaning standards to ensure continuous improvements within the service.
- Provide timely reports on rectifications via the monitoring system.
- Escalate areas of concern
- Build relationships with colleagues and Trust teams to develop a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.

Desirable
- Practical knowledge of an IT quality management system
- Experience of managing performance and quality assurance systems within a rigid contractual framework
- Knowledge of cleaning services
- Experience working in a monitoring role and/or in a healthcare environment.
