MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR (WHOLESALE) POSITION SUMMARY:

Our licensed Loan Officers are assigned accounts and lead from different channels of state-of-the-art AI Technology and Marketing. They work in our direct sales environment speaking to clients across the US, building rapport, analyzing the borrower’s financial situation, and determining the appropriate products to meet our client’s needs in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment and on the field.

MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR (WHOLESALE) REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing MLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding state licenses, etc.
  • Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Mortgage Loan originator License/Certification:
  • nation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MLO license (Preferred)
  • Work Location: One location/Online
  • Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • US work authorization (Preferred)
  • Two years of mortgage experience in a similar sales environment
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
  • Connects very quickly to clients via phone presentation; builds and leverages client relationships to get the job done
  • Follow Tag Lending Groups Process
  • Training completion for Loan Origination required courted by TAG TEAM NATIONS Tech certified Virtual Assistants.
  • Origination mentor assigned to new Loan Officer
  • Processor assigned to new Loan Officer
  • Underwriter assigned to new Loan Officer
  • Sales marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Hubspot CRM/CMS System
  • Get certified through TAGTEAMNATION partners with HubSpot
  • Ability to make sound judgments on the resolution of service, credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues

  • Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options
  • Reviews the residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage applied for, including but not limited to borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment

Responsibilities:

  • Internal/External Licensed Loan Officers to receive approximately 4-5+ warm transfers from our contact center/Tag Team National accounts.
  • After determining the best product for the client, our Loan Officers will lock the loan at the point of sale, with our lock n shop, request initial documents, through HubSpot, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package without having to process the loan.
  • Each Loan Officer has several administrators to link up with and a designated underwriter to oversee work.
  • Loan Processors will work on the loan, allowing the Loan Officers to focus on new loan originations.
