Reporting to our Mortgage Hub Manager you’ll speak to customers either face-to-face or over the telephone to provide mortgage and protection advice.
We have various locations and hours available and we’re willing to consider part time or family friendly hours (we can be flexible with working hours between 8am and 7pm) - just ask!

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a CeMAP qualified advisor, with either direct or broker mortgage experience.

We want to hear from you if:

• You have a great personality, and love speaking to people (especially customers!)
• You’re fun, positive and enthusiastic
• You can tell us about how you care for your customers, and go the extra mile
• You’ve got experience in working to performance targets

• Running your own diary of customer appointments, providing advice on mortgages and protection over the phone or face-to-face
• Assess and package mortgage applications for offer, ensuring case quality meets our T&C standards
• Give customers the amazing experience they expect from us
• Maintain your CeMAP qualification, and operate within our regulatory and risk frameworks
