Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE HAEMATOLOGY RESEARCH FELLOW ROLE

The Research Fellow position is a shared 50% research and 50% clinical role split between Health New Zealand Counties Manukau and Aotearoa Clinical Trials (ACTT). The post holder will be employed by Health New Zealand Counties Manukau and based at Middlemore Hospital. ACTT is an internationally accredited clinical research site and in collaboration with the Counties Manukau Haematology Department, conducts phase Ib-III interventional clinical trials across the haematological malignancies. The Research Fellow position would be involved in a large range of clinical trials as a sub-investigator, while the successful candidate in the Consultant Haematologist role would have the opportunity to develop their own portfolio of clinical trials in an area of interest.
