We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Claims Partnership & Services Team as a Motor Assessing Coordinator based in either Auckland or Christchurch. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of motor claims experience and understanding of the end-to-end claims process. You’ll have proven experience in process management, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to ensure a positive customer experience. The role will also provide an opportunity to upskill in Property Loss Adjusting claims coordination for the right applicant.

• Ensuring all incoming emails and tasks are actioned within defined service levels
• Reviewing all new assessments received
• Understanding the complexity of the claim assessments received and actioning accordingly.
• Managing the incoming workflow for the light & heavy transport assessments.
