You as our new Motorola Canada partner marketing for Smartphones will join our Canada Motorola team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years related experience

  • Work with heightened ambiguity & often changing environment

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in the mobile industry, and be fluent in social, digital media, PR, and influencer marketing. Candidate should also be an outstanding communicator who can influence and persuade others, and develop strong business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • High proficiency in building go-to-market plans for new products
  • Build strong account specific co-marketing & visibility plans – offline & online
  • Assist in identifying and securing new distribution opportunities and merchandising support across Key Accounts
  • Build & execute account level marketing plans
  • Understanding of various channel management tools - margins, rebates, incentives, contests, levers of growth, etc
  • Relationships with key Telco Operators or Retail in the region are an added plus
  • Good understanding of financial & business metrics – revenue, gross profit, growth levers, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams on key project – Sales, Finance, Business Operations and Product. Align with global and regional teams
