Senior Associate Position available for a specialist Motorvehicle Claims - Litigation Lawyer with one of Australia’s leading Insurance national law firms in their Melbourne CBD offices.
You will have the opportunity to work with a distinguished client portfolio of Australia’s largest insurers, claims-handling agents and self-insured organisations in the country.
The position will allow you to report directly to Partners of the established practice area and the team has an open-door policy culture.
Responsibilities:
- Advising and acting in respect of motor vehicle recovery and defence claims.
- Advising on and acting in respect of matters involving motor vehicle repairers related to the motor vehicle repair and loss industry;
- Advising and acting in respect of small claims, large claims and catastrophic claims;
- Risk analysis and advice in respect of strategic insurance and motor industry issues.
